  Edit Reorganizations and restructuring have affected and continue to affect my professional environment. I have needed foremost to act and react quickly and flexibly in accordance with my conviction and values. Entrepreneurial thinking has enabled me to perceive contexts in their entirety and to implement strategies. Through my readiness to take on additional assignments and enter new fields, I have learned to understand comprehensive processes, to recognize essential tasks and to solve them in their beginnings. In such phases of reformation I can lead and motivate employees with a high degree of social competence. Through managing factories and employees I have understood to create balance between company goals and employee satisfaction. Association with people and cultivation of togetherness count among my greatest positive characteristics. I grasped the optimal status between availability as required by customers and planning with own resources. The development of production of temperature sensors with all its contractual and technical demands taught me to make goal-oriented decisions and implement them rigorously.
