About me
Mr. Wayne Schepens went to school at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, VA. Wayne Schepens studied engineering, the environment, and systems engineering at the University and received his Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Wayne Schepens also earned a certificate in systems engineering and a professional engineer’s license. Prior to his time at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Wayne Schepens attended State University of New York Maritime College, located in the Bronx, where he studied electrical engineering and earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering.
While earning his degrees, Schepens was affiliated with the Order of Engineers and IEEE, and today, he serves as a part of the National Computer Science Honor Society, IEEE Information Assurance Task Force, Virginia Tech Alumni Society, U.S. Military Academy Honorary Alumni, and the State University of New York Alumni Association.
Wayne’s hobbies include playing baseball, skiing, mountain biking, and going swimming. Wayne Schepens gladly spends his free time coaching Little League Baseball.
