I am a Sr. IT architect and team lead with 8 years+ work experience and 10 years+ experience in Java. I have profound knowledge in specifying, developing, deploying and operating high traffic, customer-facing sites. I am used to leading multi-national teams up to 30 developers, including development, quality assurance and operations. My main skill is to combine the technical and commercial aspects of the IT business, working closely together with other business departments and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions, from gathering the initial requirements to the rollout of the final product. I am also experienced in budgeting and project management. I have a cooperative management style, giving my team enough freedom to put their ideas into practice while at the same time ensuring that they comply with the overall architecture and strategic objectives of the company.
 
My technological background are distributed, high-performance Java/JEE applications based on open source software (Linux, Apache, Tomcat/JBoss, mySQL). I worked in the area of eShops, eCRM systems, enterprise application integration and social networks.
