Mark McGregor

A Canadian, now living in Switzerland, and having my roots in the world of ice-hockey. I was a player, coach and manager for top teams in Germany and Switzerland. I also worked with Team Canada at six Spengler Cup tournaments. Early on I realized the many parallels between the worlds of high performance sport and business. Drawing on my professional sport experiences, I share my exciting real-life stories to make my sessions come alive. My passion for leadership development drives my mission to help people see their potential and to make a difference in their lives. Leadership development is an inside-out process, beginning by defining values, creating a vision and a mission on a personal level that leads to effective leadership on a professional level. Offering keynotes and doing in-house training with global companies around the world since 1999. Focusing on the importance of vision, mission and values, we instill the philosophy of 'The 10 Principles of Leadership and Life'.
