· Main task is to promote and develop strong links between QLD- Australia and Latin America, facilitating commercial exchange btw. QLD suppliers and LatAm. Countries covered: Chile, Peru, Colombia. · By means of a high level mining network in Chile and impeccable execution of strategy, so far conceived and successfully executed business missions helping Queensland suppliers achieve unprecedented export sales to Chile, Peru and Colombia (FY 2011/2012). · Helped 20 QLD companies set foot, start buisness

· Responsible for the company and its overall results (bottom line). · Reported to the board of directors. · Was able to grow the business and increase their overall profitability. · Expanded their network and successfully implemented a technological road show (a first in Chile). · Achieved record sales of intangibles such as “patents licenses”.

· Advisor for international projects at the Innovation and Projects Department of Universidad Católica. · Leading role in dealing with international partners. · Critical involvement in a 20 million USD project with partners from Queensland, Australia, which led to the creation of a new corporation in Chile. · Crafted shareholder agreements, set up the company and sealed participation and co-execution deals.

Head of corporative areas: Policies and Procedures, Accountancy, Finance, Invoicing and Receivables, Human Resources, Administration, Controlling, Legal Issues; with 6 people under his supervision. · Responsible for generating and watching over the cash flow of companies, and generating and controlling the processes and procedures to ensure their improvement. · Innovation in creating and redesigning internal and external processes (with clients and suppliers) for improving, structuring the firm

In charge of product strategies, ranging from the proposal of new products to coordinating successful launches in 13 European markets. · Creator of the commercial strategy for doubling the level of Vaillant’s market participation within the industrial boiler sector of Europe. · Project management: including marketing strategies for each brand, product; technical specifications and pricing strategies for each European market, and introducing them into Europe.

· Maximizing the yield and revenue per flight for a given route based on estimations of demand, overbooking and airfare mixes. · Important decision making for eventualities involving international flights. · Awarded as one of the winners of the “Lan en Acción” contest for best innovative ideas across the whole company.
