Born in China, German by origin and with combined work and study experience in 6 countries spread over 2 continents, Michael is a true global citizen dedicated to cross-cultural understanding. In China Michael has advised Western firms on their recruitment in China and successfully filled senior professional and management positions (e.g. Chief Engineer, Head R&D, Sales Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Quality Engineer, Senior Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Sourcing & Operations Manager, Chief Representative).
 
He holds a B.Sc. in International Business from Maastricht University and graduated with a M. Sc. CEMS in International Management (with distinction) from Rotterdam School of Management.
