• Development of new markets through prospection • Management of a network of distributors in about 20 countries, with a focus in Germany • Participation to the Marketing and R&D strategies to implantant new products answering new needs • Organization of trade shows in Germany every year —> Increase of the portfolio turnover from 0,85 to 1,2 million euros

• Definition of the car range sold in Russia and Eastern Europe • Market studies and price / product positionning vs. competitors • Management of an updated data base subsidiaires / importers • Solvang car problems suffering noncomformity (with the cooperation of different departments such as product / marketing department to the colleagues in the factories)
