Founder and operator of this philanthropic establishment oriented around the goal of reducing current stringency in travel and trade regulations on Cuba by the United States government. Besides working toward its primary focus, the Victorino Noval Foundation also helped sponsor a toy drive in 2010 in conjunction with the Children’s Trust Fund.
