Allocation of workload to the associates on a daily basis. Prepare monthly account reconciliations reviews for AP. Assessed, closed & validated accounts payable sub-ledger on a monthly basis and resolved emergent issues. Issuing Credit memo's for the invoices which has price over bills. Identifying the reason for the hold invoices and following up on the same with the respective teams to ensure timely closure.
