Successfully built & launched the Network of Cancer Genes (NCG) platform, which collects and integrates data on human genes that are mutated in various types of cancer. The application offered: - A collection of 736 genes that are mutated in different cancer types and derive from two different data sources. - To establish human protein-protein interaction network, we integrated information from 5 resources. - Platform was built using MySQL and Perl.
