Representing the team to national and international customers and partners - Ensuring target- and result-oriented process design with the aim of implementing and optimizing efficient and scalable processes - Ensuring a continuous transfer of knowledge and processes with the relevant departments - Taking responsibility for the operational and strategic alignment of all activities - Carrying out strategic annual planning, including personnel planning and setting targets for the team

In addition to my previous duties: - Management of operational cooperation with the largest manufacturers of purely electric vehicles and cross-departmental consulting on topics related to these manufacturers - Support in the creation, control and management of all required KPl's for the successful implementation of departmental goals and processes - Independent organization and execution of projects in Buy - Ensuring optimal productivity of Buy staff by passing on information, providing guidance etc.

- Independent and proactive management of the order backlog for which I was responsible in coordination with the trade (by using reporting tools) - Coordination and description of process flows in cooperation with the largest, all-electric car manufacturers, including regular coordination with these business partners - Communication with suppliers regarding delivery dates, equipment changes and general questions about new vehicles and accessories - Checking and approval of vehicle invoices

-> Customer service: scheduling of delivery; assistance with questions etc. -> Customer advice on the vehicles (equipment, packages): On the phone, on site and by mail -> Vehicle delivery / product briefing in the NL or forwarding delivery coordinated -> Sales process (initial contact to order entry) taken over independently, under supervision of the salesperson -> Arrangement and handover of test drives -> Assumption of higher-level tasks, due to the departure of a salesperson, in the assigned team
