It is said that we, the chemists, are born to find solutions: it is true, it requires the ability to analyse and persevere as well as being curious, methodic and intelligent. These qualities have helped me reach the following milestones in my career as a chemist both in the areas of research and quality in the food and rubber industry: • Installation of scientific equipment and user training to professors, doctors and graduates. • Training and technical assistance to users including the drafting of equipment user guides. • Several own technical publications as well as contributions. Presentations in seminars, congresses and scientific meetings. Teaching at universities. • Creation and development of my own company and establishment of sales network. • Development of company internal documentation highlighting "business plan" and "Technological Surveillance on competitors and customers". • Managing good interpersonal relationships to facilitate team work.
