Acting direct with the board of Link Solutions, I am the main interface between the commercial, finance, operation and R&D departments. Since July/2017 I am responsible for the development and the “Go to Market” of a new SIM Card management platform.

• As a head of product and IT, I was leading the Software Development and IT team as well as acting with the senior management team to define strategies for the future of the payment business unit at AFS.

• Product as a service strategy in the payment Industry; • Director of Payment as a Service business Unit (Revenue of US$ 42M/2016);

• Product definition, customization and market strategy; • Responsible for important agreements with all the local acquirers; • Creation of Commercial channels and alliances to sell Lyra’s solutions; • Manager of VISA and MasterCard relationship; • Responsible to introduce Lyra’s e-commerce gateway in Brazil and the MPI certification;

• Startup of Sagem-Monetel in Brazil in 2003; • More than 300.000 POS sold; • Product definition and certification; • Leading R&D, Operation, IT and Commercial teams; • Creation of a very efficient field service structure for POS installation and maintenance; • Industrial plant interface;

• Product definition (hardware and Software); • Leading the Software Development and QA teams;

• Leading a team of 17 people that was responsible for: o Software development for Brazil and Latin America; o POS Technology support for Latin America; o Pre-sales and After-Sales Support for Brazil; • Responsible for the development and certification of the first Brazilian´s EMV Level II solution

• Development of the first private label application for Hipercard, today this company belongs to ITAU Bank; • Development of the first shared terminal in Brazil (Visa and AMEX) in 1998/1999;

• Founder of Bluenet, that provided training of Windows, Internet, network and MS-office tools; • With an aggressive marketing campaign using an own IVR (interactive voice response) solution; In one-year Bluenet was the reference training company in its market area; • The IVR solution becomes a business unit, that represented 45% of the company´s income;

• Software developer in “Assembler” and “C”, I was responsible for the software development for the production automation line. I have contributed to increase the production capacity in more than 100%, generating important production cost reductions and quality improvements; • I have developed automatic tests equipment and a private and proprietary network protocol to support the communication of small devices to control the production of dot matrix printers;
