Responsible for successful on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of the full Linx product range. Performing hands on site troubleshooting, service, and repairs of the equipment Providing comprehensive on-site training to customers. Providing high level technical support to external customers Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from field service visits. Communicating with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.

Responsible for developing new vendors, checking the feasibility of vendors and handle the purchasing of imports as well as the domestic market. Ensuring selection of right vendors for the Requested Materials by Client, & ensure Correct and timely procurement of required materials. Review of project specification, scope of work and vendor quotation to ensure materials supplied meet with project requirements and conduct clarification meetings with vendors for technical and commercial clarification.

Responsible to end to end product delivery including client meeting, coordinating with multiple teams like sales, marketing, production and QA. Prepare the Project Schedule and share to client and internal stakeholders and track them to ensure project is executed in time. Ensure timely delivery of material from vendor. Update the status of project in each stage with internal stakeholders and clients. Coordination with the client and customer support team during the installation and SAT of the project.

Planning work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet the schedules. Responsible for day-to-day installation of Mechanical Equipment’s like HVAC system, Pipe Works. Lead a team of Site operatives and providing technical support and ensuring high standards of installation and workmanship. Monitor service performance and ensure a proactive work structure and that installation work is completed within agreed programmed limits. Ensure right procedures are carried out during testing.
