+ Responsible for project performance tracker by Telefonica to measure the company performance for each second spent by one of the agents. + Allow numerous calculations requested from financial advisors and present them to the company stakeholders in a Power BI Dashboard. + Merging data from different sources into the SQL Database using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services). + Finding long lasting and automated solutions for any data related challenge at the transform and load part of ETL process.

- Design custom reports using Power BI and Excel (Power Query, DAX and OLAB) to provide automated and meaningful reports to stockholders.

- Designing Dashboards and present them to the Stockholders. - Applying KPIs for all company departments and automated reports for HR department. - Brainstorming with Marketing and Sales teams to invent new ideas and strategies. - Automating some tasks like designing a model to provide an educated guess on employee wages, task follower for technical support, and some other projects. - Communicate with all departments and provide insights. - Support role to our technical support team whenever is needed.

- Design automated reports to reduce human errors along the data pipeline. - Automating a Car tracker for parts and depreciation to ensure the safety of drivers and others. - Study the market and allocate products geographically and by channel to achieve the highest sales. - Comprehensive product importing reorder system to reach the ultimate order structure that features seasonal sales, current stocks, load and shipping time, container and products size and weight … etc.

- Planning and assigning tasks to developer teams. - Cooperate with developer to solve errors and bugs. - Providing remote support to solve database errors or modify end user server settings. - Solving tickets and all follow ups. - Receiving clients’ feedback and act on it when needed. - Documenting all tasks and errors for other support members and archive purposes.
