 Work with departmental management to set the outline of relevant processes and activities and set KPI for each process and activity.  Monitor the progress of planned improvement implementation to assure timely action, appropriate management support, and achievement of expected benefits. Uses appropriate measurement, analysis and evaluation methods to accurately identify and document process improvements.

 Develop and ensure the implementation of the QHSE Management System in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18001.  Develop and implement ISO 50001 (Energy Management System).  Formulates QHSE Plans and Procedures for all types of the operations as for the customers’ Requirements and Local HSE Legislation  Promotes HSE awareness among the workforce and to hold regular site meetings with supervisors, workers, sub-contractors etc on HSE matters relevant to the project

Participate in establishment of the factory –from scratch; and get Intel approval for shipment as the first factory of motherboard manufacturing in the Middle East. Establish and develop ISO 90001, ISO 140001 and OHSAS 18001 Responsibilities:  Supervise team consists of 2 junior engineers, 1 document controller and 7 quality technicians.  Work with foreign expert.  Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems according to ISO 9001 and Intel requirements.

Develop Embedded S/W for electronic queuing system, currency display board, moving board, sound system, control system for AC devices and learning Kit. Establish electronics attendance system with barcode reader which communicates with Control PC using SCI. Develop S/W Drivers for Serial Data Communication protocols such as SPI and SCI. Debug and analysis software and hardware.
