• Developing and implementing a pipe (communication tool) between MSC Apex software and WeldFEM for faster weld assessment. • A Structural and thermal analysis of the Ariane 5 spacecraft benchmark. • Teams and customer support for CAE simulations in (FEA, CFD, and MBD) covering different areas (Aerospace, Automotive, Machinery, Robotics, and Medical). • Improving the virtual test-driving software.

• Performing combinatorial optimization for multiple problems like Knapsack and traveling salesman. • A publication submitted for the results.

• Prototype validation at the R&D department. • Conducting CFD study to optimize the tank output for highly viscous flow using ANSYS Fluent.

• Studying the contact stress between gears using ANSYS Mechanical & Fluent. • Improving the model by adding a lubricant layer between the gears. • Validating the results with the experiment.

• Studying and improving the skin-condenser performance using ANSYS Fluent. • The study involved determining the flow regime, pressure, and heat transfer correlations. • Find the best tube geometry for more efficient heat transfer (round or oval).

• Develop and improve the manufacturing process. • Design prototypes and feasibility models for proof-of-concept testing. • Assisted in designing and building a new catheter lamination machine from scratch using local resources (saved around 80% of the original machine's cost). • Conducting flow simulation using ANSYS Fluent aiding in developing new types of catheters. • Support efforts to verify and validate the new product designs.
