Providing a technical support for enterprise-sized IP infrastructure, Data center, business center, with routing, switching and security infrastructure for enterprise-sized network.   Providing a remote technical support for other countries (Near East & North Africa).    Long-term planning to cover future network expansion, reducing cost and increasing  network availability without affecting quality.   Network optimization, manage and monitor service desk support. 
