Role: Besides the software development, also Managing an AGILE feature team to develop the quality software and maintain documentation of technical and process flow. Primary Responsibility: -Lead the development team -Develop user-centric intuition Financial Services and application. -Work closely with product owner, designers, QA testers and Business Analyst. -Maintain AWS and software securities -Follow Clean Coding standards and maintain repository etiquette. -Code review & refactoring

 Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement including HR management system, CRMS, Employee leaves management system, Android application development for clients.  Create new and extend existing operational documentation  Working with Project Managers to determine needs and applying / customizing existing technology to meet those needs  Develop and maintain API’s for Mobile Applications

Utilize established development tools,guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server,CSS,Jquery and C#. Create and deliver data-driven reports. Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications. Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects. Consult colleagues concerning maintenance and performance of software systems. Maintaining and supporting multiple projects and deadlines. Construct user guides and documentation.
