I am working as APQ Engineer in the department MAG TF T APQ the Magnetics Business Group in Munich. My Job responsibilities constitutes: 1) I am responsible for the preparation of PPAP, Part Comparison Sheets and similar documents as well as for ensuring compliance with internal and external nomenclature, such as TDK Mandate, Rules and IATF16949, as well as legal tasks responsible for the preparation of D-FMEA 2) I am responsible for monitoring critical sampling and APQP and also in internal audits.

- Guiding lean initiatives within company together with regional and plant-level management.- Train site leadership and other key personnel on Lean Management Principle concepts. - Facilitate Kaizen events, Lean projects and other CI activities that execute the Lean transformation business plan. - Lead cross-functional teams to implement continuous flow manufacturing and pull systems, 5S improvement, standard work, value stream mapping exercises, and visual standards

- Introducing Lean principles such as 5S’s, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Spaghetti Diagram, Visual Management, OPL, SOP. - Contribution in building four teams; 5S, CI, Internal Trainings, and Quality and weekly team meetings to build KPI’s & cross-functional training - VSM was produced to show the material, information and lead time flow to the head of the production. - Spaghetti diagram to understand the 8 types of wastes and proposed for Vertical Lift Module with an effective payback period and ROI.
