I was in the strategic controlling department. My permanent missions included long term financial forecasts for the EDF Group, quantification of strategic options and identification of potential threats to group financial health. I also worked on numerous projects for the Group Controlling director, the comex and the Top 4, including setting up the group strategic frame, implementing a ROCE computation methodology, developping a valuation tool (for internal purposes only)
