My main responsibility is to manage the ERP technical implementation activities: installation, implementation, consultancy and customer training services for SFA / Merchandising / CRM solutions. I actively participate in the design phase and I offer support for the monitoring part of the project which includes: status reporting, risk and issue management, and change control (approval for changes to established budget, schedule, and scope).

Following an internal methodology, my duties are: • Provide software support services to customers via phone, email and remote sessions • Investigate the incidence and provide documentation, information and workarounds • Perform detailed analysis and technical investigation • Update and create new knowledge database • Escalate those tickets/incidents which do not have a known course of action or need development involvement • Initiate follow-up actions to prevent incidence from recurring

My responsibilities are: • Front-Office application development, including data warehouse • Database integration (Ssis, linked server) between Front-Office application- Bank core database and another interface which interrogates the National Bank of Romania bad debts database • Reports customization/development (PL / SQL Developer, Oracle Reports, MSSRS) at the request of various departments: Credit, Risk, Accounting, Management, and Operations
