Responsible for developing and leading SARIA’s prospecting in Latin America, supporting the M&A team during acquisitions, creating a strategic engagement plan to grow the business. Focused on building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendor partners, senior management, Board of Directors, and other industry leaders.

Responsible for driving SARIA’s prospecting and acquisitions with an extensive understanding of rendering industry requirements, gathering and market trends, expanding the presence of the company in Latin America. In charge of preparing Business Case for Executive Board briefing, acting as the liaison for SARIA in all aspects of acquisition and Due Diligence processes, also building a relationship with target companies to better understand their process, critical success points, and possible red flags.

Advised and supported SARIA’s management board in Europe in matters of the Brazilian animal protein market, arranging several meetings around the country, getting to know executive boards of large companies (USD 10+ bi Revenue), increasing Saria’s networking and business opportunities.

Founded Dodo Organic Farming, innovating the organic market in São Paulo by bringing nonexistent products, creating, and supplying a new market niche. Responsible for implementing new practices in the company to obtain the organic certification, complying with all necessary legal requirements and assuring that all products met international organic standards by going through a strict annual review and inspection process alongside with Biodynamic Institute (IBD) and International Farming Institute (OIA).

During the onsite traineeship program developed a deep production planning knowledge, supporting the implementation of innovative technologies, improving the production site’s overall equipment efficiency and quality. Additionally, was directly involved with SARIA's procurement process, material handling, sales & distribution, and logistics.
