I worked in projects involving economic, regulatory and sales aspects of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare system in Mexico and Latin America -Designed a market access and healthcare landscape analysis for a pharmaceutical company interested in the Latin American market providing key recommendations for a successful entry. -Optimized also the sales force team size of two pharmaceutical companies in Mexico through a pharmaceutical market analysis that resulted in enhanced sales and reduced costs.
