As a part of the Corporate CRM Team, my current role is a mix between Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Architect; were I provide technical advisement in the overall architecture prior it is approved for development. In addition, the T shape mindset that I have developed in my professional profile helped me to take additional responsibility by covering people on multiple positions (Team Leads, Business Analysts, Scrum Master, etc..). and mentor the less experienced developers.

Developed an integration between the internal data hubs and CRMs with a multichannel cloud- based contact center system provided by Noble Systems. The project was successfully deployed providing a state of the art experience to our contact center representatives. In addition of my duties, I conducted training to spread the concepts and best practices of VCS focus on Git.

Designed, developed and maintained functionalities of a financial corporation with a multicultural and distributed development team. I participate actively in an initiative to improve the unit testing quality and coverage among the entire project.
