Testing, correction and implementation of new systems into a Matlab software for simulating performance and energy use in buildings.

Consisting on non-invasive visits to different types of buildings. Several items are examined during a visit, such as the envelope insulation, the glazing and energy systems: boilers, heat pumps, etc. By using computer softwares, an energy efficiency analysis is created. As a result, the building is certified with an energy efficiency level and different energy saving measures are proposed.
