After 5 years of experience in the Ecuadorian tourism industry, I decided to start my own business and open Midland Travel, a new fresh travel agency & tour operator that fulfills all the demands from our valued clients, those who are looking to come to visit Ecuador and the unique Galapagos islands. There is no request too big or too small for us, we will put all our effort to provide the best options that meet all your travel preferences.

My duties as a sales representative were to provide information about our tour packages in Ecuador & Galapagos islands cruises to our customers and customer service in general, whether directly at the agency (face to face sales) or to online customers that used to contact the company´s webpage.

My duties were to support in the Marketing area, learning marketing strategies, new products development, receive customers requests, branding, etc.
