Senior Support Engineer. Great part of that work was to give highly specialized support to customers. Worked onsite at large telecommunications customer, energy and oil customers, media customers as well as banking and insurance ones. Develop a deep knowledge of Oracle database internals, very good problem solving skills. Developed a number of courses about several database features, such as Oracle Database Vault, Oracle Label Security, Oracle Enterprise manager 10g Grid Control.
