- Objective: Development and implementation with the other brands of the Volkswagen group of an application for use in dealerships that provides customers with fast and reliable price information for most wear and maintenance issues needed in a vehicle, improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales of spare parts. - Strategic international meetings with the rest of the Volkswagen brands project leaders.

- Objective: Definition of aftersales services for the new CUPRA brand in the markets. - Coordination between the different markets and SEAT's aftersales departments to define the services to be implemented according to the economic impact they imply

- Definition of the project´s goals with the client. - Project planning in all its aspects, identifying the activities to be carried out, the resources to put into play, the deadlines and the expected costs. - Permanent maintenance of the external relations of the project: clients, suppliers.. - Implement the necessary changes in case of inefficiencies or deviations

- Objective: Planning and management of productive activities and needed resources to achieve the required operational, economic and quality goals. - Stock and inventory management as well as claims made by the client. - Management: Organization of human resources, administration, direction and motivation of personnel, task planning and setting of targets. - Purchasing: Selection, negotiation, evaluation of suppliers and purchasing. - Distribution of goods

- Responsible for the launch of electronic plates, the production of high frequency sensors and service and client support.

- Participation in the development process of complex forklift elevators and design of the software needed for it. - Responsible for attending to the needs of the clients, implementing and launching the solutions. - Direct and continuous contact with the people in charge of the project and product, with the objective of satisfying the requests of the clients. - Technical advice to the client
