I was responsible for top-notch integrations of Gold- & Platinum/Enterprise Customers in terms of technical consultancy, implementation support and project management criteria budget, quality, time. I mainly worked as a dedicated resource for one of our top 52 customers, managing new country roll outs and custom integrations. Besides that, I acted also as a Solution Architect in my role to support our clients, but also colleagues. I was also responsible for Sales pipeline review and project assignments.
