Responsible for moderating lean workshops. In charge with cycle time measurements on the production lines. Responsible with conducting CON.CIP courses for new entries: Kaizen, 5S I have developed Continuous improvement projects on production lines. In charge of improving handling processes. Responsible for creating weekly reports and temperature profiles for the curing ovens process.

I have provided consulting services for companies trying to improve production cycles. I was in charge of monitoring the operators in order to increase the line capacity. I created daily reports which included conclusions and solutions for enhancing work efficiency. I have been using V-Rex software to develop reports for Top Management.
