I executed the regional operations strategy and enabled sales expansion by implementing and managing transport and warehouse services with the strict procurement budget. Under challenging time constraints I improved service level, launched several new products to meet specific client needs and implemented data driven decision methods.
Syncreon provides value adding logistics services for technology manufacturing and retail with 100+ locations worldwide. By assessing market needs and targeting opportunities with existing and new customers I organised the entry to the Russian market and built a sales pipeline from scratch.
