The main responsibilities: Getting all essential documents, permits and approvals from Local and Federal Authorities, Purchasing of technological equipment. All industrial and office buildings construction. Installation, commissioning and start up of equipment. People hiring and training. Installation and start up of ERP system.

By combining of two production sites to one the savings of operation cost as of 12 mln RUR per month is archived. The production people reduction (150 people) is archived without compromising on production output. The new raw material suppliers are found what gave 12 mln RUR per month savings. The automated Total Preventive Maintenance system (TPM) is installed and started up.
