Executive manager with more than 18-years of experience in the industrial and production sector and fields including: joint venture, international start-up, production, plant management and team building. My experience includes a vast area in production management including design and creation of production plants, localization process, automatic and manual production lines, human resource, procurement, certifications and etc. My achievements as plant manager are: start up and mass production of HVAC system for domestic usage with a total capacity of more than 5000pcs/year – Start up and Management of the industrial plant for mass production of OEM automotive components and direct supply to the car manufacturer with a total capacity of more than 100.000pcs/year. Proven experience as board member and CEO of international joint venture. Achievements in this position include harmonization of multi-cultural team with creation of an effective international team.
