Über mich
I'm working within HR/Recruiting for around 5 years. I'm currently focusing on different topics e.g. career coaching (CV screening, interview preparation, professional development etc.) and personal development. I'm also supporting companies interims wise on HR projects. In my work as HR Manager or coach, the human factor is very important to me. I want to support my clients finding their highest potential without just scratching the surface. It's my goal to give my clients insides into their own mentality (working wise or their personality) and guide, as well as support, them through their own personal journey. My coaching background, concept, workshops are based on a holistic approach coming from mental health topics, body awareness exercises, dancing, meditation etc. I'm combining them with my knowledge I could gather in the past as HR Manager and Recruiter in order to bring those topics to companies and employees.
