I first started working in HR Controlling because of my love for facts and figures (and excel, while we're at it...), but when I became a Compensation & Benefits Specialist I knew right away: This is what I want to do! While working in this field I realized that many companies wish for an "all in one" - solution. But is it smart that companies often have the goal to keep their compensation & benefits system as simple as possible, while knowing that every employee is different? Motivation is individual. Every generation, every person has different needs and wishes - so we need different strategies in motivating different people. Yes, that means a lot of work, effort and change. But I want to be part of this change. My vision is to strengthen and develop employer attractiveness and employee motivation, breaking up old structures while focusing on providing an individual attractive compensation & benefits package for each employee.
