I work in the structuring and implementation of agile methodology at scale in corporate and complex environments. Lead, executed and implemented Projects, Programs and Portfolio, with multidisciplinary teams in an agile and traditional environment, based on planning, definition and decisions based on the construction of OKRs/KPIs.
