• Managed the full project life cycle for the implementation of a financial consolidation system (SAP BCS) for 500+ legal entities at Deutsche Bank Americas • Responsible for stakeholder management, project status updates, escalation and issue management • Organized workshops and walkthrough sessions; developed training material and facilitated end user training • Developed a global virtual work environment with outstanding team spirit (Americas, Europe, Asia)

• Successfully implemented a SAP General Ledger for 500+ legal entities at Deutsche Bank Americas • Responsible for current state analysis and definition of business requirements for local regulatory reporting, management and financial reporting as well as for internal controls (management review process) • Developed training material and reference documentation related to general ledger (SAP R3) and reporting (SAP BW) and performed end-user training • Streamlined processes for referendata handling

• Successfully supported month end process for Group reporting, reconciliation and consolidation while interacting with the global finance community advising on policies and procedures • Defined requirements and guidelines for cost methodologies in the SAP CO module including procedures for inter-company / intra-company allocation • Contact for Internal Management Reporting issues related to the General Ledger Project • Assisted the transformation from International Accounting Standards to US GAAP
