- Helped fashion brands improve their procurement, supply chain and distribution processes while ensuring the quality and timely delivery of production from factories in Asia to clients around the world. - Supervised a team of 7 key account managers to keep +20 operations running simultaneously while implementing +10 new client operations in a 3 year span. - Managed the negotiations with clients and our logistic outsourcing partners, keeping KPIs within the target and ensuring the viability of operations.

- Assisted Spanish companies in adapting their strategies and action plans to enter the Korean market. - Collaborated with local entities to boost the relationships between Spanish and Korean agents.

- Participated in strategic planning consulting projects in the area of R+D and innovation policies. - Conducted quantitative and qualitative research to provide with the evidence for the strategic analysis.
