Andromeda Partners was founded in 2021 by Alvise Polegato and Federico Guerra with the aim of training Luiss Guido Carli University students in the field of economics and finance. Associates are trained in these areas through participation in seminars and events held by professionals and the production of reports and articles. The approach followed is the so-called "learning-by-doing", thanks to which students can get closer to the working world, reducing the gap between the latter and the academic world.

The project has involved 300 youngsters in all, 125 delegates plus 24 commission presidents, vice-presidents and moderators, alongside 150 youngsters who have handled the organization of the event.
