- Attend Daily scrum (Stand up) to discuss bugs and tickets created. - Work closely with Developers, Project and Product Managers to create a comprehensive test plan for new and existing features. - Assured new and old features were working properly in different environments with in a 2 week sprint cycle. - Responsible for support issues reported by end users. - Responsible to improve testing procedures and strategies and ensuring the overall quality of the product.
