I am currently doing my doctoral thesis at RWTH Aachen, Germany under Professor Max Christian Lemme on the topic '' Electrical contacts to two-dimensional (2D) materials''. Device Fabrication and Electrical Characterization is being carried out at AMO GmbH cleanroom.

I started my Ph.D. thesis at the University of Siegen, Germany on the topic '' Electrical contacts to 2D materials'' but unfortunately, I have to move to RWTH Aachen along with my research group. I continued my on-going research at RWTH Aachen. In University of Siegen I was responsible for some of the tools in clean room
