I am the Director of an IT Consultancy, Mprova Consulting Limited (formerly Megatron Corporation Limited) based in North London. Mprova (MCL )focusses on Cost Reduction services to global businesses by helping them to outsource their non-core functions to our infrastructure in the U.K & India. We currently have clients in the U.K, India and the U.A.E. We love developing innovative solutions and plan to continue doing that with an emphasis on helping businesses fight the present financial crunch. We have the required depth in experience and expertise to understand the client's business environment and to recommend measures to save on costs and improve business processes. We work with the clients in procuring the best service for them and charge based on savings achieved.

Not the least…My Personal Side
I live in North London with my wife and 2 kids ( a girl & a boy ). I came to the U.K from Mumbai, India in 1990 thanks to being deployed here as the European Region Commercial Manager by Tata Unisys Limited (TUL), one of India's premier IT Companies. Learning a lot during my 6 years with TUL in London, which included the expertise of setting up of business practices for TUL offices in the U.K, Belgium, Switzerland and Germany, I was emboldened to start out on my own towards the end of 1996 and I launched my present company MCL.
 
I love listening to music across Genres and I like experimenting with appreciating different music genres on our Planet. I have played Cricket and Table Tennis at competitive levels. With my natural inclination to leadership, I have captained my office teams in both these games. I keep looking for opportunities to play Table Tennis whenever time permits. I am a thinker and love spirituality. I have studied relieving stress through the use of Breathing exercises and am eternally thankful to Sri Sri Ravishankar's Art of Living Foundation for their training. I plan to extend my study at the Foundation to Advanced versions as soon as possible. I love to exchange ideas on stress reduction with friends.
 
I have loved music from my childhood and for the last 24 years, I am married to Swati, who is an exceptionally talented Singer. Swati has an upbringing in Indian Classical music from her mother Late Dr Sushila Pohankar, a well-known musicologist. Swati has specialised in Indian Light Classical( Thumri/Dadra ), Ghazals, Spiritual & World Music. I try my best to help her in her very busy music career (http://www.myspace.com/swatinatekar) which includes concerts at locations around the world, studio recordings, radio and TV Commercials and song-writing projects. Swati has collaborated with some renowned international musicians such as Craig Armstrong, Ust. Zakir Hussain, Nitin Sawhney, Talvin Singh and Sonu Nigam to name a few. One of her Dance Music tracks, "Jakatta - American Dream" has featured in the U.K Dance Charts in top three positions. She is also the Singer on the current Sharwoods "Go East" campaign on U.K TV Channels. I can tell you from my experience that Information Technolgy & Music are very complementary to each other.
