I conducting Stiffness, Strength and Fatigue analysis for structural component for various heavy and building construction machine using Nx-Nastran, Abaqus and Creo simulate. Conduct hands-on or theoretical calculations for simplified version of the problems In order to estimate stresses, load paths etc. Work hand-in-hand with the design engineering team and provide recommendations to improve design based on analysis results. I am also responsible to conduct vibration analysis and Bolted joint analysis.

As Senior engineer (FEA), I performed stress analysis of wing structure. I also performed Nonlinear and Modal transient fatigue analysis for automotive assembly. Prepare FEA report and involved in technical discussion with design team to improve the design.

As a Sr. Design Engineer (FEA) I was primarily accountable for conducting CAE Linear and Nonlinear analysis of Door analysis. I interfaced with clients to understand their requirements and also participated in clients technical review meetings. I also performed natural frequency analysis (constrained & Free-Free) for assemblies and structural stiffness & strength analysis as per standards.

During my tenure I conducted CAE Linear and Nonlinear analysis of automotive closure, seating assembly for composite and regular material; prepared technical proposals and participated in clients technical review meeting. I was accountable for completion of projects within defined time, cost and quality parameters. Also I imparted software training to team India and China.

I was primarily involved in FE model build and connection for automobile subsystem. I performed natural frequency and static analysis to automotive assembly; Stiffness and strength analysis. Also I analyzed FE result and generated analysis report.
