I was responsible for identifying, preparing and applying for German and EU public grants, market analysis for research funding and establishing contacts with national and international funding organizations, forming strategic partnerships with research institutions or University partners, effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders and using project management tools, developing strategy for corporate management (business development), travelling to conferences, workshops, and meetings

I was involved in the development of talent acquisition strategies and to proactively support managers, coordinating the recruiting process using an ATS and conducting interviews with candidates, effectively communicating with the internal team and candidates, performing administrative tasks and preparing reports, participating in career planning events and fairs.

I was responsible for developing a novel curriculum for the Master program and providing consultation to the students, coordinating various quantum technology-related projects and activities, connecting with other Universities through RWTH MyScore project, writing and winning the EU funded DigiQ project, establishing an alliance between university, schools (for outreach), and industry (for training and education), attending national and international conferences, maintaining the institute Webpages.

I worked on competing instabilities, quantum phase transitions, renormalization aspects, etc... among other topics in strongly interacting fermionic and bosonic systems using a powerful analytical nonperturbative technique, namely functional renormalization group method. Apart from research, I was also responsible for organizing courses, tutoring and teaching my own course and maintaining the course website.

I investigated the effects of electron-electron interactions under an applied uniaxial strain in the most extensively studied two-dimensional solid-state system, graphene.

I worked on quantum information theory using quantum Dots. The research topics included novel qubits, macroscopic entangled quantum states, spin chains, density matrix renormalization group.
