What I do and I'm proud of: Proactively source and pre-screen for European based roles with Houzz for our London and Berlin offices. Manage relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders such as universities and alumni networks. Guide applicants through the hiring process. Help improve and design international hiring processes and practices. Represent Houzz at job/career fairs and actively recruit candidates from these events.

Developed a business plan and business model for Moirai Biodesign, a Barcelona Start-Up focused on bringing to the market a new type of Cancer diagnosis tool. Worked as part of a diverse team, comprised from 6 different nationalities and professional backgrounds. Areas of focus: Industry analysis, SWOT, Risk analysis, HR strategy

Responsible with screening CVs, conducting interviews with candidates for junior positions (Sales, IT, Legal, Finance), creating short lists and writing summaries. Offered support for the Internship Programme. Developed company's first employee handbook. Created an internal survey for the HR Department (developing questionnaires, processing resulting data and generating the final report). Overall hired 4 junior level employees and over 10 internship candidates.

Tasked with first review of all new investment opportunities, compiling investment presentations and presenting them to the team. Responsible with initial market research on new opportunities the company took on and working on subsequent investor presentations. Researched and created specific parts of Private Placement Memorandums, finding the relevant market research and creating appropriate charts and tables.
