Durch die med. Fortbildung sollen die Ärzte auf dem neuesten wiss. Stand gebracht werden und das Wissen dazu soll mit einer gewissen Leichtigkeit erworben worden sein. Der Fortbildungsbedarf wird zusammen mit den Ärzten ermittelt und gemeinsam mit ihnen erstelle ich Fortbildungskonzepte, die auf verschiedenen Kommunikationskanälen zugänglich sind. Hierfür arbeite ich mit verschiedenen Agenturen, und den MSLs zusammen, damit es zur regionalen Implementierung kommt.

As a Health Care Manager in the North of Germany I was responsible for optimizing treatment settings for long acting injectibles and Hepatitis C. We cooperated closely with the sales reps to get input and ideas for new approaches for working with the customers and we were strong aligned with the Value Team to generalize new concepts. I was the contact person for the sales reps for KV specific questions of reimbursement and I spoke to payers to discuss several projects
