• Lead and develop a team of internal and external (RPO) recruiters, in 9 countries (~3000 FTE) • Partner with company leaders to align TA delivery to company strategy • Lead project to improve Talent Acquisition performance. • Develop and lead Employer Branding. • Coordinate TA internal training to grow skills and capabilities of the EMEA team. • Identify Early Talent needs and develop strategy. • Deliver on KPI to ensure a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience.

The overall purpose of the role is to improve recruitment services provided by Global TA through: • Improve: Processes, Methodology and Technologies that drive efficiency and effectiveness • Support the change to encourage a performance focused culture • Progressing toward a continuous improvement mindset • Partner with external providers for recruitment and HRIS • Recruit at the HQ, up through SVP level • Support HR globally, with market intelligence information, and sourcing strategies
