Anita Shukla (M.A.) ist seit vielen
Jahren als Beraterin und interkulturelle Trainerin mit dem Schwerpunkt Indien - EU ( IT, Outsourcing, Innovationen), interkulturelle Kompetenzentwicklung und internationales Marketing & Branding
tätig. Sie berät sowohl deutsche, europäische als auch indische Unternehmen und
Organisationen und kann dabei auf ein starkes deutsch-indisches Netzwerk in
verschiedenen Branchen zurückgreifen.
Aktuelle Projekte im Bereich Training
sind mit der FCT Akademie u.a. die Konzeption der Blended-Learning-Kurse Interkulturelle Zusammenarbeit mit Indern
und Intercultural
Communication and Cooperation with Germans and
other Europeans. Sie leitet das India Council des Deutschen Outsourcing Verbandes und ist Kontaktperson Indien für das Network
of Automotive Excellence. Ferner ist sie im Vorstand der interkulturellen Organisation
SIETAR e.V. Deutschland und leitet die Regionalgruppe SIETAR Nord/Hamburg.
Als Deutsche mit indischen Wurzeln ist sie mit der deutschen und indischen Kultur bestens vertraut. Neben ihren Muttersprachen Deutsch und Englisch sowie mehreren europäischen Sprachen spricht sie Hindi, Sanskrit und Gujarati. Anita Shukla hat auch zu aktuellen Themen Indiens wie IT und Outsourcing publiziert. (Chair India, Deutscher Outsourcing Verband. http://outsourcing-journal.org). Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt ihrer Arbeit ist die Beratung indischer Unternehmen auf dem deutschen und europäischen Markt.
Anita Shukla - Strategic Consulting and TrainingAnita Shukla (M.A.) has many years of experience as strategic consultant and cross cultural trainer with India - EU trade, intercultural competence development and international Marketing & Branding in focus. With a strong Indo-German network in several sectors she consults German, European as well as Indian corporations and organizations concerning business opportunities and networks in the respective markets.
Current projects in training are f. ex. Blended-Learning-Courses Intercultural Cooperation with Indians for German corporations and Intercultural Cooperation with Germans/Europeans for Indian companies with FCT Academy Eppingen . She represents the India Council of the German Austrian Swiss Outsourcing Association and is contact person for India of the Network of Automotive Excellence. Also she is in the board of the intercultural association SIETAR Germany and is representing SIETAR Germany Nord/Hamburg.
As a German citizen with Indian roots she is very well - acquainted with both German and Indian culture. Beside her first languages German and English and various European languages she speaks Hindi, Sanskrit and Gujarati. A special emphasis of her work is the support of Indian enterprises in the German and European market.
