I was nominated to be a part of digital transformation journey at Linde. I have completed two workshops on design thinking and Ideation.I have become part of the team who started working on the idea of developing different process description modules of plant which can give better visualisation to the plant operator which Linde has designed and delivered to the customer. This has been extremely innovative product for the customer to impart the effective training to their plant personnel.

I was deputed to Linde engineering headquarter in Munich for the plant design of Gas processing plant. I was leading a critical area of gas processing plant which was the biggest plant Linde has ever designed in Russia. There were multiple challenges in terms of schedule, site situation, client requirements and continuous process improvement over the entire period of the project. I became the important part of diverse team from different culture.
